I am a California native, and have lived in South Orange County for over 10 years. Before I became a Realtor I was a real estate investor, and I understand how important it is to work with a strong agent. I aim to please with service, professionalism, and integrity.

- Economics and forecasting. I successfully anticipated the housing correction and was warning clients and partners as early as 2004. I can advise you on how best to exploit the market for your situation.
- Internet marketing (and technologist at heart). I use every avenue at our disposal to capture buyers and locate homes. With over 50% of home sales coming through online sources, you cannot afford anything less.
- Negotiation. The best homes and best deals ALL have stiff competition in any market. Selling a home typically involves dozens of negotiated line items. Negotiation can be the difference between landing your top pick when buying and thousands of dollars when buying or selling.
